Stay for a Lifestyle

We sold our "Island in the Sky" home on 6.3 acres.  As an optimist, I priced the 2600 square foot high, and it sat on the market too long.  What did it?  I hired a feng shui expert, offered a $10,000 bonus, placed the Patron Saint of Lost Causes in the brochure box - even my Mother prayed!  Finally, the price dropped significantly and buyers appeared.  Amazing!  Now we live in town on the golf course, which my dog Estes adores - it is the land of goose poop!  I love our sleek one-story remodel, it's easy to scoot around.  But, I miss the magnificent mountain views.  As the sun rose or set, Dale and I would alert each other - "look out the window" for the rosy glow on the mountains. But, as serial home sellers, most stays only last two years!  What's next?  Leslie
