Salida's real estate market chilled with the cold weather.  In March 2007, only 3 homes with acreage sold compared to March 2006, when 8 homes with acreage sold.  However, the warmer weather brought out buyers and sellers.  In April 2007, 7 homes with acreage sold compared to April 2006, when 5 homes with acreage sold.
