Salida-area (includes Chaffee, Park, Lake, Fremont and Saguache counties), home sales rose 12% year to date (January to November 2010) from the same period a year ago.  Total revenue was $62,505,890.  Of the 258 home sales in the area, Buena Vista made up 30%. 
Salida home sales year to date (January to November 2010) totaled 113 for total revenue of $33,608,639. Compared to the same period in 2009, home sales were 115 for total revenue of $33,384,720; 2008 home sales were 150 for total revenue of $43,724,727; 2007 home sales were 227 for total revenue of $62,403,901; and 2006 home sales were 218 for total revenue of $52,291,337.  While sales are down slightly, revenues are up.
