ABC 9News features Salida Downtown Historic District in its Explore Colorado program the week of June 18 and broadcasts live June 22 at 10 a.m.  Leslie Walker, GRI, CRS, broker-owner of Salida Realty Company will be interviewed as coordinator for the Historic Downtown Improvement and Economic Sustainability Plan.    

This puts Salida on the Explore Colorado map, which is a partnership among KUSA-TV, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Colorado Historical Society, Colorado Tourism Office, Colorado Scenic & History Byways Program and private foundations.

It is designed to educate and encourage Colorado citizens to visit and protect cultural and historical places across the state.
