Salida has seen an upturn in homes sold in May, June and July.

In May 2011, 12 homes sold compared to May 2010 sales of 10.

In June 2011, 16 homes sold compared to June 2010 sales of 14.

In July 2011, 18 homes sold compared to July 2010 sales of 5.

23 homes are currently under contract as of August 9, 2011!

In terms of financing, here is a breakdown:  new loans dominate at 67% (with one USDA loan), 22% were cash sales and 11% were owner financed.

Good news for summer sales!
